Scott Hawthorn and Sean Heather, owners of the award winning, restaurant mold breaking, Salt Tasting Room, are working on a new project in Vancouver's Blood Alley. This blog will attempt to chronicle the good, bad and ugly issues that they face as they chase their goal.
On a school holiday long long ago i worked at the meat works, i was a lunch boy. What caught my attention though was this goat. A Goat would lead these mutton fellows and sheillas out of the truck down a ramp through a maze of fencing, corals. to their impending doom and the intermediate path of a dinner plate. This Goat to be sure was doing an amazing job, like as soon as it reached the alter of death, the so called sticking pen, it would jump up and out of the corall, little devil, i thought. The Judas Goat was doing a job and has stuck in my mind. This picture sure brings back that summer holiday memory.
